Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping & handling charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer a $5 flat rate economy shipping for orders $49 and under within the United States. Shipping is FREE for orders $50 and over. Estimated delivery time on FREE shipping orders will be 5 to 8 business days.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. EstieSets is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We use USPS and they do deliver to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
